Clyde Healthcare nursing agency has an extensive database of care assistants and homecare workers who are available for temporary or permanent positions with clients in the public and private sectors in Scotland.

Since our agency was established in 1999, we have continually provided valuable recruitment services to Local Authorities, private care homes, and individuals within their own homes across the West of Scotland. Many of our clients have been using our recruitment agency for several years, and we have built up good relationships with clients. We use a personal approach and will go that extra mile to fulfil our client’s requirements for staff.

Candidates can be supplied for temporary, fixed-term or permanent contracts depending on the client’s requirement and our flexible approach ensures you get assistance when you need it most. We provide a 24 hour out-of-hours service and we have a compliment of staff who are available at short notice to provide additional cover for sickness or holidays.

We carefully select candidates for specific assignments with our clients based on their experience, qualifications and availability. We carry out rigorous vetting procedures which comprises of enhanced PVG checks, obtaining a minimum of 2 written professional references (one being last or current employer) and PIN check or professional registration with SSSC if appropriate.

Our agency is registered with the Care Inspectorate, ensuring we continually provide a high standard of service.
